MULTISTRAND ZHFR ZERO HALOGEN FLAME RETARDANT CABLES

Applications: ZHFR (Zero Halogen Flame Retardant) Cables are designed for wiring in installations where fire safety is of utmost importance. They are ideal for use in schools, theaters, commercial complexes, air-conditioned apartments, high-rise buildings, fire alarm systems, and emergency lighting circuits.

Specifications: These cables generally conform to IS 694:2010, IS 8130:2013, and IS 5831:1984 standards.

Conductor: ZHFR cables are manufactured using bright annealed bare copper of highly electrolytic grade, offering more than 100% conductivity in compliance with IS 8130:2013. The thin strands of electrolytic copper are simultaneously multi-drawn to ensure uniformity in resistance, dimensions, and flexibility. These strands are bunched using high-precision machinery to form a perfectly circular conductor.

Insulation: ZHFR cables use a specially formulated non-PVC insulation developed through advanced polymer technology. This insulation does not emit highly corrosive halogen acid gases or toxic fumes and produces minimal smoke. These properties make ZHFR cables essential in high-technology environments and densely populated areas, where fire safety is crucial for protecting lives.

Length Marking: Each coil features computerized meter-by-meter marking to guarantee exact length and provide quality assurance.

Colour Options: Available in Black, Red, Blue, Yellow, and Green.
